The Advanced Production Pool is a group of Cinema students eligible to apply to advanced production classes. The Pool consists of qualified undergraduate, graduate, and foreign exchange students pursuing a degree in Cinema. For more info on the Pool, CLICK HERE.
Deadlines for Spring 2011 Classes
STEP ONE: JOIN THE POOL (Eligibility Check)
MON, OCT 11th: STEP ONE Application Link posted on this blog.
Students already accepted into the Pool do NOT need to apply again.
Undergraduate Eligibility Requirements:
•Declared Cinema major
•Completed CINE 300**, CINE 340, and CINE 310/316 with a “C” or higher by the end of the Fall 2010 semester.
**CINE 365 okay for Animation emphasis students.
Graduate Eligibility Requirements:
•MFA: Completed CINE 710 with a "C" or higher by end of Fall 2010.
•MA: Consent of instructor after first semester on campus.
Exchange Student Requirements:
•Cinema / Film / Media emphasis
•Established background in film or video production
WED, NOV 3rd: STEP ONE Application DUE by 12:00 PM.
Late submissions not accepted.
WED, NOV 10th: NEW Advanced Production Pool POSTED by 5:00 PM on bulletin board outside FA 422.
STEP TWO: APPLY TO CLASSES
MON, NOV 15th: Spring Course Application links posted on this blog.
WED, DEC 1st: Online Course Applications AND Choice Form DUE by 5:00 PM.
